About John

John is a full time realtor for Realty Executives in the North Scottsdale office.  He is a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, the Arizona Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  John is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in business and a minor is real estate.

Having his real estate license for almost 30 years, John has been actively involved with many different aspects of the real estate industry.  John has obtained his GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and At Home with Diversity designations along with being an accredited Short Sale Specialist.

In addition to serving as a real estate agent, he has worked in the development industry, owned and managed a property research business, owned and managed apartment buildings, partnered in a property tax consulting business, and helped develop an internet property management business.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA, John’s parents relocated the family to the Phoenix area when he was just two years old.  Raised in Scottsdale, and watching the entire Phoenix metro area grow, has given him a deep understanding of the real estate business.   John not only works in the industry, he also invests in land and homes, giving him a greater perspective of what other investors needs may be.   Helping people find the home and neighborhood of their dreams has become one of John’s greatest goals.  

Although John lives and works primarily in the Scottsdale area, his business encompasses listing and selling homes in all areas of the Valley of the Sun.  His clients are his primary concern and their needs take him to all areas of the valley.

John and his wife Debbie have two children and live in the Scottsdale area.  They are both active in their church and community as well as serving as elected precinct committeemen for the past 4 years.
